Where do you find 5oz tuna cans? All I could find was 7oz... Is there an equivalent, like the bottom of a tin can?

At a grocery store? MJ said a tostido dip lid is the same, or chicken... 8cm is the ring size.

You better bring your A game, my 7 yr old daughter wants to compete, and you don't want her to put you to shame :P
