Welcome to the forum.
Thanks treefork...this is going to be some fun cross-referencing now I just have to keep the info organized so I remember what's best for slingers and what's best for BG's. Otherwise I might end up buying a .625 catty and a PFS blowgun

Ohh thanks for notifying me craftsmen. I just read your tube material post and was about to order for a build [emoji58]Macfz,
Be careful. Blowguns are illegal in California. Cold Steel can't even sell blowguns from their California based website, they have to offer them from their Arizona facilities.

I'm working with a California State trooper to get the ban reversed. We've found the original law on the books, and who it was sponsored by. That person is no longer serving in the State legislature. He's trying to see who he can work that would be willing to support the reversal, and to contact the original person to get the story behind why it was proposed into a law in the first place (as with any legislative act, there most likely wee favors called in, promises made. Need to unravel that whole bowl of spaghetti. 8-(
Not condoning that you knowingly break the law. You can order tubes. They are not illegal.
Getting caught shooting (depending on the official, their familiarity with the laws, and what mood they're in) ... that can be a different story. If you so choose ... keep it out of street view, on private property, or off into the woods away from prying eyes.
